Construction and connection method of PE double wall corrugated pipe pipeline

 
1. Pipe use before installation

Should be carefully checked in the loading and unloading transportation stacking process for damage, such as damaged cracks,deformation and other defects of the pipe, should be removed in time.

2. Flexible joints sealed with flexible packing

The inspection well and the pipeline should be connected with a flexible packing seal of the rong joint, the specific construction according to the design requirements.

3. Pay attention to the excavation trench and foundation

(1)The clear width of the groove bottom should be adopted according to the outer diameter of the pipe J3006m.

(2) Drainage measures should be taken during trench excavation to prevent the bottom of the trench from being invaded by water.

(3) The pipeline foundation must use sand and gravel cushion layer, for general soil foundation, the thickness is zero 0.1m; For soft soil founda- tion, the thickness is not less than 0.2m,and the specific method is according to the design requirements.

(4) The foundation should be rammed and the surface should be smooth. The interface part of the pipeline foundation should be reserved for grooves for interface operation, and the length of the grooves should be 0.4m - 0.6m, the depth should be 0.05-0.1 m, and the width should be 1.1 times of the outer diameter of the pipe.

4. Down the tube

When the groove depth is not large, the pipe can be lifted by the worker such as the groove, the groove depth is greater than 3m, and the non-metal rope can be used to slide the pipe into the groove. Do not hook the pipe ends with metal ropes or roll the pipe from the groove into the groove.

(1). The axillary corner should be filled with medium sand and coarse sand first.

(2) From the beginning of the foundation part to the top slot of the pipe within the range of 0.7m, must be manually backfilled.

(3) The trench should be layered symmetrical backfill, tamping, each layer of backfill height should not be greater than 0.2m, in the top of the pipe 0.4m range can not be tamped with tamping machine.

(4) The backfill soil used in each part of the groove, the best compaction degree (%) should be according to the designrequirements or according to the requirements of CECSI22:2001 technical regulations.
